标题: 11.1.16，USCPA考试15个考点回忆
　　1.Due diligence process of acquiring foreign subsidiaries.

　　2.Volatility of Foreign currency,what are the strategies to mitigate

　　3.Providing discount for customers paying within 10 days of invoice date.

　　MC遇到好多29号那位大神提供的jj的题,但是感觉自己错了好多貌似过不了==考了超级多的第四章IT的题，我又不是搞这个的考这么多这么细干嘛

　　1.有个求financial leverage的题，给了第一年和第二年的income还有个第一年和第二年expense….考试的时候完全不记得该怎么，做回头看了下jj觉得应该是DOL那道题

[hide=d365]　　2.financial expert的题考了2道，有个university management professor还有retired controller of a manufacturing company with limited understanding of GAAP（应该不是这个）的选项我好像选错了。。

　　3.Input control

　　4.问借多少current liability来增加inventory能使current ratio不低于2，给了current asset,inventory和current liability

　　5.dividend$5,预计明年growth是3%，但是inflation从5%降到3%，问哪个选项是对的：stock price decrease,stock price不变

　　6.某公司有xx direct material，xx direct labor hour，然后给出2个产品的demand unit，一个unit需要的DM和DL各是多少，问公司应该用什么来maximize contribution margin，选项有：product demand,DL hour,DM,xx（不记得了）

　　7.求labor efficiency variance

　　8.Opportunity cost

　　9.Decentralized processing

　　10.What is the First step in system development(SDLC)

　　11.What is the first step to for disaster recovery:assess the risk

　　12.Worm与virus不同的地方是什么(it has the capability to travel without any human action?貌似答案是这个)[/hide]
